Group Registrations
Each member of a group must be registered individually. There is no discount for group registrations.
Receipts will be emailed to pre-registered attendees.
Meeting Materials
For those attending the meeting in person in Singapore, badges and other materials will be available at the registration area. Online (virtual) attendees will not receive any physical materials for this meeting. Single-day registrations are not available for the clinical focus meeting.
The ISMRM & ISMRT Annual Meeting & Exhibition registration entitles registrants to either in-person attendance or online viewing access to the meeting (depending on registration type selected) and the Technical Exhibition, as well as online access to the Proceedings of the meeting. In addition, advance registrants for the Annual Meeting will have online access to the Proceedings two weeks before the meeting via the ISMRM website. More information on this will be sent to registrants in April 2024.
Registration does NOT include accommodations or meals. Housing can be booked separately through the ISMRM Housing Bureau.
Single-Day Registrations
Single-day registrations are not available specifically for the clinical focus meeting. Regular single-day registration info can be found on the main registration page.
Refunds & Cancellations
- All registration cancellation requests must be received via email only at registrar@ismrm.org by 04 April 2024.
- Refunds are subject to a 20% cancellation fee.
- There will be no refunds after the above deadline.
- Registrations are not transferable. No attendee may substitute for another.
Member Discount
Members in good standing of the ISMRM or ISMRT may register for the Annual Meeting at substantially lower rates than nonmembers. If you are not currently a member of the ISMRM or ISMRT, it is not too late to join and take advantage of the lower meeting registration rate.
